I lived there in the '80s (college etc), and that was indeed why I went!

And: thanks to you too Ernie! I've decided to take a small MA kit w/ me to nyc from now on so I have more time to create (I usuall spend at least 1/2 of every month there), so you may get something from my next jaunt in a few weeks (great trash there!)...

(I must comment though: what the HELL is wrong with the PO that they can't hand cancel non machinable post, but have to cross out the stamps w/ a frigging pen? Where are their aesthetics?!!! I like to address my envelopes vertically often, and I Hate it when I see that!)
