It is a combination, the equations and figures are printed on the card.  The portrait is stamp and the 'do the math' 'Elus is Dead' and the upper 1021 seems to be inked in... it is an odd bird.

I love when that happens and people surprise you. I try to send to people out of the blue as much as I can.  Too bad no address but it is a neat piece. I'm wondering if they are drawings or stamps?

Here is what I have, did not really look at the address until now... Cacophonous, MAIL ART, William S. Paley, Memphis, TN. USA... it is a peculiar card... and no idea how it found its way to me.
