Antonio Moreno Garrido: Que idea!

Does anyone know Antonio Moreno Garrido? I can't seem to find him/her on the website to thank. Do you think it's Antonio Moreno Garrido in the stamp on the corner? I'm offering an award for any information leading to a proper Thank you for this Mail Art.

but is always at Brain Cell, listed on the latest #846.

He sends out mail art to many on the Brain Cell lists and

perhaps even can visit here and get addresses.

Lots of his mail art circulating the globe, and does add 'n pass too.
