Yesterday, when I got home from 10 days away from my mailbox, I found a BUNCH of wonderful mail art, including this fat envelope from Carina. Inside were many wonders, including the piece at the top of the photo, a digital fold out of what looks like a big fat book called, if I've figured it out right, "The Hero is Burning." I would say Yes, this is definitely Mail-Art!Next, this very funny "How to Draw a Cat" -- I love this so much it's going to be permanently on my bulletin board. The textures of it are great to the touch. Then, the best part, YES, it's an "Elanto" matchbox, carefully wrapped, with an incredible little DKult Doodle Theraphy" boekie inside. These doodlings were made by none other than "El Diablo" herself! I should have know the devil was an artist! The pages of the boekie feel almost like very thin pieces of wood, maybe birch. I'm not sure, but whatever it's made of, it's totally amazing and I love it more than I can say! Thank you Carina, I'm thrilled!
