Nancy, it seems to be a ning-thing, my unseeing; the reasons have been explored but remain unknown. I can't see or upload images, nor send messages or do very much other than comment. So I do that now, mostly blindly (which is very strange when most mail artists are considered visual artists). I understand, and share, the emotions you express regarding your twilight piece even though I cannot see it. I am working on a reply to 'Zoo' and I think something, now, is properly brewing.

The past year felt to me like a lost, distracted, very unfocused one, including art-wise. All over the place. But your descriptions/reactions are kinder and more uplifting, DVS and Richard, so let's just go with those. :--} Mel Anie, why can't you see images at IUOMA? Maybe this has been discussed elsewhere and I missed it. I've sadly not visited groups here in many months, but that will happen soon. DVS, by all means, go ahead and snag some scans if you like, anytime you like, and thank you.

I will give this a go, DVS. A few days ago, I scribbled a loud note to record my 'CHRONICLES of the Unseen'. Perhaps I will send it to Nancy. (PS. I think that this new environment also gives me a new perspective on asemics).

In fact, unless Nancy objects, I'm going to snag a few scans from this series for Asemic Front 2. The more specialized community of asemic writers will certainly benefit from a closer look. I'll try to get them up this weekend before I'm distracted by the next shiny thing.

I think these are breakthrough pieces, NBS. They show amazing growth. At first I wanted to see them as continuations of earlier work, but then I saw all these changes and new things added, you know? They're different. Your development of new asemic symbols and structures is remarkable. dvs
