New ATC Card from Monsenhor enVide Nefelibata

Thank you Ruben!! This is super cool. It's a drawing and a watercolor wash of a man with his mouth open slightly and his left arm up, and I imagine he is laying on his back, sleeping and lightly snoring. The front has a beautiful, colorful stamp and a couple of stickers that say,

THIS IS ARTBYMAIL

I've noticed that a lot of mail from other countries has the stamp intact, un-canceled. They never do that here so people can not reuse the stamp.
