Two Essential Features to define a CrossPatch as opposed to imitations:

Must always turn Back on Boss when being spoken to - actual entomology of BoB comes from these origins

 

Unlike other members of  Feline Domesticus  Must Always Look - and this ie very important - extremely happy to be going on a trip - especially a plane. MAL - Afrikaans word, similar to FIES which means VERY very cross.

Groot is VERY familiar with area 51 through her cousin Stuart. Right at this moment she is hunting for the crosspatches as ID photographs are required for the trip. The bikini moment - cant wait :-)))!! She is hoping a stylist had a go at that one instead of her dress-er in said comments. Any other locations suggested by CapTom will be suitable - especially as he's the high flyer :-) X

Oh, and why the crosspatches? Have they been finally trained to make mail-art? Or is it their ability to ward off monkeys? Captain Tom flies a plane that ordinarily delivers special-issue mail-art, BTW.

I'm sure CC has other "safe havens" to be used during the terrible times of Mail-Art Wars. Certainly there have been some in our mostly peaceful history. Let's just say we need a location where we can show the comics of Groot in a bikini. Groot in a bikini might end up being more important than when she FINALLY puts on her superhero uniform and starts flying.

 

Anyway, TRRH is on her way to meet TGster in a secluded and run-down lab in Korea, the original site of the Monkey Purge experiments. Recovering the original formulas is all-important to TOXIS. TRRH had amnesia and couldn't remember. But does she remember now? What has compelled her to return to the labs where, years ago, she spent months with TGster? (He brought her there from Alsace.) The plot thickens - in more ways than Groot's substantial dress. Butt what will happen?

I checked out Area 51, it doesn't look anything like a cosy haven. Not up to Groot's standards. And Mississippi, don't they have a lot of alligators down there? Not good for the crosspatches. Dw needs more work on this one.

Interesting comments. I am more concerned about where Groot and the crosspatches are going with Captain Tom. I have some insider info on that. The Central Command High Council located two "safe" locations for Groot as The Grigster and Goldy Sax seek to detain her:

 

Area 51 in the U.S. - the famous location where a UFO and aliens are kept. The mail-art network has long had access to this facility. Ray Johnson is alleged to have visted Area 51 several times during the 50s and 60s, possibly with Elvis Presley.

 

More likely, Groot will be sent to an obscure location in the U.S. known as "Misissippi." Members of the High Council believe she will adapt well during her stay to this "semi-tropical paradise." Captain Tom is responsible for her well-being at all times.

I was wondering about the dress too :-)) - its the rose thing in the middle that did it for me :-O - the question of course is - DOES he have the all-important jaw line??? :-) XX
