Comment by Mercedes "La Marquesa" on January 4, 2014 at 1:18am: Yes it is an official stamp. Aren't they lovely! I purchased a few plates of these over 10 years ago. I still have a few left. I wish they would come out with more like these or at least similar one. I fell in love with this stamp the moment inst eyes on it. It took my breath away.
