This is Just Mail Art from Claudia Garcia. A beautiful card! colorful background and stamping and lines and some cool organic bits from a plant. Claudia calls this "Optimism" and she must be La Optimista considering the text bits she has included here. It all works very nicely for me. Thanks much, Claudia!
