Braille is a beautiful way to connect with people all over the world who use it to read and also those who just want to touch and write in the most wonderful writing system ever invented.
Braille should be everywhere, especially in Postal art, but sadly it is not. But we are here to change that one Braille Letter and Card at a time.
The sending of Brailled and Tactile letters through the Post is called a “Cecogram” or “Free Literature for the Blind”, and it is an inspectable postal class that is postage free and internationally recognized by all U.N. Countries, so please follow the international guidelines.
This group is for ALL Braille Lovers, those who are readers, writers and tactile artists. We will exchange letters and art so that ALL can enjoy Postal Art through touch.
Location: Universal Postal Union member countries (UN Countries)

Although we have not gotten much Braille Mail yet, what we got is AMAZING! This time Jason sent an Artist Trading card that has a Brailled Bloody Key on it. It is a limited edition, that was printed with Tactile Braille and red glittery puffy paint. It says “BROOM RIDE 2023, Bloody Key in 3D, Braille Key 27 of 31” on the back. The design is by the creator of “six dots art.com” whose pattern I use to make Braille pictures and cards. I have never seen anything like this before, thank you so much Jason!
We have Braille Mail Cat Volunteers for today’s mailing. Black Lilly is testing the envelope puffiness value. Question….can a 6 x 9 inch clamp envelope be sent without tracking and customs forms? Maybe if they are not too puffy….said the PostMaster yesterday. Vintage Braille mail to go out either way. Just a lot of paperwork, but Free Post is First Class!
Look at the second Fabulous Braille Mail from Jason, thanks so much! The puffy envelope contained a blue tissue paper wrapped surprise! Inside was the most perfectly cute box with a blue ribbon bow and inside was a perfect blue and silver pendent with a Braille word written with tiny ball bearings making the dot for each cell. The word is Amber, and even had dot 6 in cell one for the capital sign. So perfect.🏳️🌈❤️🏳️⚧️
Thank you so much to Jason who sent me these excellent Braille stickers. I had wanted some of these limited edition Rice Crispy Treat heart shaped UEB uncontracted motivational stockers and now I have a sheet! They say- you’ve got this, go for it, good luck, love you lots, you’re a star, you’re a star, your #1 fan and big hugs xoxo. Thanks Jason!
