Recieved my 1st Arthole yesterday. Very cool!
so glad to hear that Jacqueline! I'm looking forward to what you sent. you're only the second person to let me know they've received their copy. happy you liked it!
William I received my copy of The Rubber Postcard-wow! I sent some for the next issue. love the packaging and inserts you made for it as well.
attic is great! i think submissions are closed currently until nicola announces what the color will be for the next issue.
I received a copy of Attic assembling zine (15) (because I'm in it). Nicola Winborn (Yorkshire, UK) is doing phenomenal work putting out numerous issues already. This is an opportunity to participate in a zine that is working well. I believe she welcomes contributors. (An assembling zine is a bit more work than simply sending to a zine.)
Forgot to mention, Jeff, that I do have info on the Stamp Zine but thanks for offering to send me instructions. :-)
Jeff, I'm happy to hear that your orange Attic Zine finally arrived! It took long enough, for sure!
Thanks so much for your thoughts on starting an assembling zine. It was good for me to hear ideas from someone with experience. I'm glad that you shared your experiences, and what it takes to manage a project of that size. The cost, for example, was not something I had thought of. That was good information!
It usually takes me a long time to start a project because I overthink everything. It may be awhile before I take on a project this size. I have to "think about it." :-)
Thanks again for your response. It was a pleasure hearing from you. I enjoyed the photos of your Orange Zine too! Nicola does beautiful work, both in her own art as well as in assembling the zine.
Take care.
Terry
that's great news jeff! i love attic!
