MAB Mail Art Boxes
Mail Art Project of Artist’s Boxes by Alessio Guano

This new project of mail art , which differs from the previous one , it is a call to all the Italian and foreign artists who want to create a work of art in the form of the box: Time capsule box or timeless box.

How to participate :

Participation is free .
The work will not be returned and will become part of a collection of artistic boxes.
Each artist will receive the digital catalog ( compiled at the end of the collection period of the works ) and a certificate of participation. Each artist can participate with one box .

Theme:
The theme is TIME: PAST,PRESENT and FUTURE.

What to send:

Send in a sealed envelope only the printed form of the work in order to build the box on his arrival . Attach the envelope all the information necessary for the preparation of the catalog ( name, surname, address (please specify if you want to put in the catalog) country and web address ).

What to do:

Print the page template box in A4 ( 21x29 , 7) on heavy paper (at least 250grammi/mq ) (must be printed in such a way that it can be built upon arrival)
The size of the box is connected to the print format of the model. We do not accept other dimensions.

After the page prints , the artist can work on the model ( freestyle , free theme )

I remember all the artists that the box should be painted and / or written in its entirety .

Each box will have to be signed .
Please, send your works well-packed in envelopes.
The organizers are not responsible for any damages during the transportation.

The works will be part of an exhibition in 2015. Will be drawn up a catalog with photos of each work and a brief critical text.
