Elly, THAT QUILT IS AWESOME!!!  I love those stamps.  Did you carve them yourself?  I recently started carving some of my own too.  It’s not an easy process to get the hang of, but I’m making strides toward being more confident in my carving abilities.

Thanks for the friend add!  I should be settled in around February 1st, and then I’ll send you an updated address.  I would absolutely love some “Blue Light Special” mail!  As a kid my local K-Mart had a snack stand in the middle of the store, and I would ALWAYS get a popcorn, and a huge cherry Icee EVERYTIME.  It’s the little things that stick with you I guess.

I received your most excellent embroidered mail yesterday.  It came in a USPS plastic bag but was unscathed.  I think the cost for mailing what is considered “non-machinable” mail is 70 cents.  FYI.  No insurance that the work will arrive intact, even tho your did.  I love it and cannot believe how delicate your stitching is, especially my name & address.  Please tell me about the symbolism of the bird grabbing the tiny gold stitch (a bug or morsel of food?). I never heard of Gojo but when I looked it up, I see they manufacture Purell.  What a world we are living in!  Thank you again for sharing this amazing work.
