Diana, i love the  joke! it could be called Literary Trashpo, being recycled.

Mick! you certainly can be a cryptomarthist. It has no cure i am afraid. I am glad you like the books, i recomend ISSUU, it is great fun, you produce a simple pdf and they make it into an ebook for free.

Strange things are happening to me in IUOMA. Yesterday i answered that the red socks are, in fact, socks (Very perceptive of you Sabrina) but the comment did not register and the same happened in another group.  It could be that in my cronic rush i forgot to click add comment.

Please note that the spelling of the first personal pronoun in lower case is on purpose. As a true Marthist i think to spell it in capitals is presumptuous and reflects anglosaxon neocolonialism. No other european language that I have come across does so.

Mail Art Martha  I enjoy seeing your Sums drawing. I also found your Issuu books, very cool. I am sending you some mail art, possibly tonight.

Could I already be a Marthist and not know it?

DianeKeys I really like your Trash Currency. I like the worn look, are they painted as well as sandpapered? It gives me ideas.

The red things look like socks to me.

Great graphic Martha! What is the thing on the left next to your foot? Looks like a tree stump or are those your shoes you have to remove during counting?.Kids love telling jokes and I recently was told this one I have now adapted.

Where do you find the most problems in the world?

Inside the Marthmatica books!

Diane! Mick! bowled over by your pieces. Richard, let's not get precious: fine art, coarse art, high art, low art, names names names...

'Trashpo by any other name would smell as rotten'  as the Trashpoet said

Since we are on names. I cannot change Walmarth to Walmartha, unfortunately. It is a registered brand and would mean changing the front of Walmarth buildings worldwide.

On reflection, I am so grateful to have been named Martha, it is so useful, there is Planet Marth, the politico-philosophical movement Marthism which gave rise to the short lived Democratic Republic of Marthia and even a branch of science called Marthamatics. I am so grateful to my mother who choose my name. What if I had been named Eduviges?

Tribute piece to you, Richard Canard, and Cracker Jack Kid. Originally made for Fluxfest CA, but never got sent. 3"  x3" . The whole fine art vs coarse art.references a Richard Canard mail art show

Very rustic Mick-I love.it. Pleasing to the eye.

Good to see your typeface Richard! This was originally a series of trashpo playing cards, but I have aonce.dismantled all but but this one. I am sure you can buy a lot with it at Walmarth-once they have their grand re-opening,  closing, re-opening, pre-closing sale.

I DID use fine-grit sandpaper on the trash currency, so you are right it might appear fine artish, but I think.trashpo can only be coarse art given it is unrefined.
