I wanted to see if a clear laminated card would make it through the mail, well it did, but the post office didn't put their postmark on it!! I figure the ink wouldn't stick?

Looks like there was no spray-on postmark at all because the stamp would show some of it.  Objects like this confuse the equipment as to orientation so it could be on the back.  That's the friendliest x-ray photo collage I've ever seen, BTW.

I continually test what the post office will actually send through the mail.  Most things make it through. But I've seen so many things without postmarks these days that I think they are only cancelling stamps some of the time and not bothering other times.  Love this, btw.
