Hi! Thanks for your postal stationery envelope! Yes I love these old pieces of mail - and I really like the image inside with the cats and guitar. sweet. With your typewriter, there should be a little metal lever you push to change the direction the ribbon moves. On my Smith Corona, a tiny metal bar - I don't know what else to call it - it to the far upper left of the keys. I can push it up or down (there is no marking indicating what it does) to switch the direction the ribbon flows. So when it reaches the end in one direction, it appears to run out of ink, and as soon as I switch that tiny lever, it starts moving the other way and clears. I hope this helps.
You should not have to manually flip your ribbon each time. Let me know. I like your carved Mike stamp. Very nice of Bonniediva. I am getting ready to head out on a trip so I will resume my IUOMA work in November. Cheers!
Hi Mike, Thanks for the amazing piece rescued from your aunt's photo album find. And all the little corners! Nice American Flag ATC and handmade envelope, too. Something will be on its way to you soon.
Your certificate of participation in the mail art call Literature and Mail Art will be on its way to you tomorrow. Thank you very much for being with us.
Hi Mike, Dropped a small package in the mail to you this morning. El cheapo goody from the Greater STL Book Fair last Friday. I also found some cool, mail art "stuff."
I went out to get some lunch and when I got back there was some mail art from you. Nice surprise! (You're getting good at this sewing thing. . .) :) Thanks for the ATC and note. Life is certainly a mystery, and I have also had bad things happen to good people I know. Maybe some day we will understand more than we do now.
Have a good Monday. See you in the mail. JUDY and JOEY

OH Goodie!
well, the good news is that someday soon I'll have a full mailbox of happiness.
Still no sign of your AM- think it was lost at sea. I'll keep a weather eye out for it.
