Received Zine No. 5 from Bonniediva

Posted on May 1, 2019 at 6:42pm 0 Comments

As part of catch-up I confess and seek absolution for the late reporting of the safe arrival of Bonnie's 'Zine No. 5 along with a just stunning ATC (love it, Bonnie!) an oval collaged card and a nice poem.  In all, a generous fat package.  I'm so out of synch that I don't know if I've sent something back so I'll put it on my "to send" list.  Better send twice than not at all is my motto.  I replace my phone last month and it has taken me awhile to get the new phone set up and before that my…

Received from Triboulet

Altered photos in a fold-out Dada-esque format from Triboulet.  This bum here is catching up on documenting some mail art received over the past few weeks as I have gotten behind again.   I owe you mail, Triboulet (I think, my records are also shite) so I will get something out to you in my next mailing.…

Knocked out by Norma's fabric ATC and mixed media card

Posted on March 28, 2019 at 5:54am 0 Comments

In the mail today, two terrific mail art pieces from Norma Soulet!

I love the colour palette in both of these. Blues, violets and yellows have always called to me.  The fabric and stitchery ATC is just a mavel.  It was also one of those moments when you look at a piece and think "I would totally put these elements together in EXACTLY the same way". . . Norma, you speak my language!  Thank you so much! …

I am suddenly, to wit this very afternoon, in receipt of one pass along art booklet pursuant to your posting in a perfectly dazzling envelope.

I am in your debt for the pleasure of my perusal.

Hey Linda,

LOL! I love your postcard about the Uranium Jewelry! So fun! That's one of the reasons I love vintage. It's so weird. Anyway, mail will be with you soon. I'm back-logged due to starting work. Hugs Bonnie
