I love the "anything goes" nature of it. My life long love for stamps as well as a new found passion for making artistamps that started with stumbling on a collaboration by Mike Dickau and John Held Jr. on Ebay. Artistamps, Add&Pass, postcards are my favorites!
Adam, What great mail! THANK YOU for the stamps, I adore them, they will always make me smile! I enjoyed reading the manifesto, and the vintage love letter to 'my wittle teddy bear' is priceless: "Judy's lying over on her bed playing the accordion and it's almost like home."
Adam, your "Prayer to End Men Telling Women..." arrived. I was expecting a photocopy, but mine actually looks hand-altered. It's quite wonderful to have it in hardcopy. The quiz artistamps on soft, handmade paper are extremely colorful and entertaining. I love having them, and it was so considerate of you to sign them! Thank you very much for generously sharing your pieces with a stranger.
Hi Adam! I hope you received the stamps I sent last week. Just checking since things definitely go missing from time to time. Thank you for your response to the anti abortion posting. I've been disappointed to be seeing all of that on this website. I'm tempted to weigh in myself but afraid I can not be diplomatic enough. I appreciate your contributions! Debra
