Why I am involved in Mail-Art:
I just became aware that you are using the name "Museum Of Bad Art." The Museum Of Bad Art has been using this name and had copyright on the name since 1994. We have an ongoing website, two books, a cell phone app, a newsletter and a Facebook presence under this name. Please discontinue your use of our name immediately.

That said, your effort to recognize and acknowledge bad art is commendable. We define bad art differently. We maintain that an artist who sets out to create bad art cannot be successful. Art that is deliberately bad lacks one element that truly makes it art: sincerity.

Best wishes in your endeavor. Please stop using our name.
