Why I am involved in Mail-Art:: I make a lot of photographs and write some poetry and want a way to freely share and be part of artistic community not based on the dictates of the gallery world conformity or academic rigidity. Also it is relatively low cost and offers the chance to come in contact with people I would otherwise never meet as well as fresh idiosyncratic ideas and stimulation.
