Great to get your mail art!  I will respond soon and let you know when I have posted about it in the postal ledger.  For the moment, see if you can spot it here: http://iuoma-network.ning.com/profiles/blogs/belatedly-acknowledging-and-documenting-mail-art-received

I'm glad the video has been useful to you! It's lovely to think that it's helping people discover Mail Art, and bringing even more people into the family for us to exchange art with! :D

I'm not sure if I thanked you for the slides, Christine, but they are wonderful! I'm not so good at using this site these days (time-issues), but I still love the things I receive, and spend the time instead showing them to world in my videos. Your pressed pansy slides are shown in this one http://youtu.be/DZayfWuBJkI

Thanks again!

Christine: my mail art to do list (me) is a litte bit confuse at the time. I received a nice box from you on June 5 that was dispatched May 25.  The confusion is wether or not I sent something back to you.  My list (there is one) tends to be efficient but not today.

Your bottled ice tea cap and the brazilian flower that will grow there will be the cornerstone of the Philadelphia-Curitiba bridge you handsomely started to build. Now is my turn.  There is a celestial promise made to you.  It´s time to keep it.  I´ll keep you posted

Happy Easter to you too! I remember watching Prince of Tides, though I haven't read the book. I like Nick Nolte's character in the film. The pun made me laugh! The changing of the clocks (daylight saving time) really has me in a loop. We had to add another hour on but sure the feeling of not really knowing what time it is will soon pass. I am reading Slaughterhouse Five at the moment, it is one of those books that I reread regularly. Have a great week!

Hoorah you made my day! Just received your philosophical and button-bloomin' lovely mailart today and I love it. Fabulous enevelop too and a long message - so nice to read about spring being just around the corner, as it's all rain and mud here at the moment, with a bit of snow thrown in now and then. Cheered me up no end. I will be replying soon. Keep on keeping on with all your lovely arty stuff : > )

Christine!! Thanks a million for your mailart and note. I nearly drowned this morning with all the rain we're having so it was nice to come back home to some hot soup and your nice, bright mailart. Great to hear your foot is doing better. Any chance, when your foot is totally healed, that you'll try your foot at mailart? :)

Just reading your blog - how is your foot?! Does it mean
you have had to sit tight and do lots mailart? : > )

Bonjour! Glad to know that I have a date, and that your foot is getting better. Mine progresses slowly -- just about the time the Left Foot will be OK, it will be time for the Right Foot to have it's operation. Meanwhile, I hobble about and am getting quite good with my special shoe and walking stick. Also, if I replace that shoe with an open-toed sandal, I can drive my lil ole car for short distances. Tomorrow I have to see an eye doctor...butthat's a different story. Keep on hoppin' around.

Bestest, Val

Bonsoir, Christine! Many thanks for the Xmas Arty Slides that you sent me -- they are very nice indeed, and I'm glad that you're enjoying Arty Sliding. I have a bad foot, but if I can hobble/limp my way to the Post Office next week, I'll send you something back. Best wishes for the Xmas/New Year holidays, and for 2013.

Thanks again & regards, Hopalong Herman
