The Coffee Clutch was a "spontaneous project" - done on the spur of the moment after picking up a Coffee News at a local restaurant. All of the addresses in Coffee Clutch are real, in the Cascadia Diorama. And LoJack is a real sock monkey who just got into real estate. The response to Coffee Clutch is so great that another Coffee Clutch will surely appear again this fall, and you'll be on the list to receive it!
