Greetings old friend! I would like to send you a boring postcard, but Kyrgyzstan requires that every piece of mail be sent in a standard government-issued envelope without marks on the outside of it. We aren't allowed to send naked postcards. Is it okay if I put one in an envelope and send it to you?

Hi Mark...thank you so much for mentioning the new group to people you know in other groups. And the cats (they'll be thrilled- very self-important you know). Very thoughtful gesture. The input is appreciated.

I see your point. Address needs to be that way for now. If the group actually gets members that will be different.This works for me at the moment. And my promotion skills be very, very rusty. So that will take time.

My address is on the envelope I sent...so you have no excuses. And there is another something from here on it's way under separate cover.

Valentin, I have learnt that it is now almost impossible to mail anything from Moscow to France because of the sanctions (resulting from the terrible war). Only the most ordinary letters and postcards can be exchanged, nothing more. For this reason, I will send You vintage postcards in small batches, it will look like a regular postal item in an envelope. I'll start with city views in winter - St Petersburg (still with a communist name), winter, boring postcards...

Valentin, I checked Your address on Google Map, and saw that there is a different house next to Your house, with a plaque with Molière's name on it. Please tell me why the plaque is there.

In case You accept incoming mail, I could send You some boring postcards for Your collection; I found some in my possession.
