Somewhere in Central Australia... a hair factory. (The worker in the photo has nothing to do with baldness.)

A boekie, yippee!! Below Ginger Meggs, an Australian cartoon created by Jimmy Bancks in the 1920s. Nice.

Thank you, Vizma!

Very good idea, more people involved...hey, ask the kids to write one too, it'll keep them out of your hair while you write.

I'm on it--my kids can wait.  I might have to ask for some tips from DVS though--or Meeah

Oh thanks!! Would you like to write me an artist's statement too? Explain why I did an artwork about oil spills and how it relates to the environment,  I need it by the end of the week! Thanks.

Vizma manages to blend the perfect combo of irony and amusement, cynicism and playfulness in her art. always makes me smile

They should come with a highly addictive warning!! I've eaten thousands of them, but have been clean now for 2 years.

You were supposed to put YOUR face in the factory worker's head!! Thanks for blogging, and for the comments, guys.

Since Vizma seems to be busy elsewhere, may I introduce you to Tim Tam :)
