A very gorgeous hand sewn confetti filled genki pack-ette arrived on my birthday!! (well, the day before, Friday, but I ACTUALLY waited until Saturday to open it! Yes I did!! )
And it made the day more spesh!!
The envelope kept me amused for the first 17 hours, and then on Saturday afternoon when I woke up....…

Fabulous envelope from Diane Keys containing a Trashbook!
Other goodies were stuffed in too. Is this the recommended hairstyle forDKulters?

My cloudy blue CD from Katerina arrived, what a surprise. Well, no not really, because when she asked who wanted one I screamed GIMME GIMME, but I kinda thought that maybe she'd ignore me for being too greedy! I think I get more than my quota of Momkat mail!!! BUT, she was kind enough to oblige!!
It looks pretty lovely with the Aussie sky behind it, I almost…

These works from RCBz and Svenja Wahl seem to fit into one blog post!
The first is obviously from RCBz, I'm so glad he's chosen me to be a worthy recipient of his mail art! Looks like Marilyn is having a ball with this Regal cabbage but is being pestered by a strange and creepy but nicely attired pink and black phallic headed thing! Is RCBz suggesting that this…

This envelope had me doubled over laughing!! Read and weep with laughter, or wee, like I almost did! I don't kow how she finds the brilliant images, but she has a great radar for finding stuff that has me in stitches!!
Thanks Arac, I need to make a bigger shelf in my toilet to exhibit all of your potty…

Big envelope arrived today 27x18cm with a lovely artwork inside. My first one from Carina Granlund. She wrote that this piece is "an easy peasy technique in etching," and it was put in her graphic press. Nice one Carina. This has beautiful details, from stitching, drawing and kind of almost perforated dots.…

I can't believe my luck...2 pieces from uproariously funny girl Arac. This one had me laughing before I'd gotten to the serious stuff on the back! Love the background jellyfish people and me in a fancy red bathing suit. Then, a serious prize for Best in Fruit! Is that a golden persimmon? I'll save my speeches Arac, as I'm unprepared and quite emotional, but thankyou to all the…

THANKYOU Svenja and Niklas and Fleur and Viviana and Val and Lisa and Patricio!!!!!
Now, I'm crap at doing blogs because the photos and pictures go all over the place and get mixed up, so I'll be posting them all in photos separately, so you can get a better look.
Love and hugs to all of you!!!…

This is an envelope I went to send today.
I glued all these cut-out pictures of stamps from a free monthly stamp booklet onto the envelope and asked the lady at Australia Post to weigh it for me. I got a bit worried when she gave me a strange long look, thinking that perhaps I'd broken the law and I'd get fined for forgery or arrested. I asked her if the envelope was…

I received this during a dinner party... let me explain.
We all ate far too much at said dinner party and we were getting drowsy, so I suggested we go for a sunset walk to the letterbox. We opened another wine and filled our glasses (it's quite a walk) and this is what we found at the end of our trek. We opened it back at the dinner table, I had no idea who sent it until some B stamps fell out of the package, and then I remembered that I'd commented on liking them and digging Edwin R…
