Like like like! Just as good as 007 & The Queen! Zombies waiting a long-long-loooooooooong time for anybody to pass and give them a quarter. Great laugh and I wouldn't mind having the zombie-gnoom with wooden shoes on my balcony. The stamps on the back are also fab. Thank you…Continue

Interesting postcard from Val! Filmfestival on the ice, a famous ship that went down after an encounter with an iceberg, a belated invitation to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Dinner (stuffed turkeys not allowed)... sparkling collage that gets my imagination working. Thank you,…Continue

Global Mail Art from Bifidus. Stamps from Indonesia and USA, fragments of maps from Afrika and my guess is, the monk is from Ireland or Great Britain? Beautiful composition. Thank you, Bifidus.

Pucelilina sent me this colourful composition with felt letters and nice message. And I will receive more Mail Art from her soon ;)) Her dad liked my painted postcard very much, so on Pucelilina's special request I sent him one as well. Mail Art really makes me and others smile! Thank you…Continue
Ooooooh, I have been watching other blogs with ArtTower's MailArt-creatures, hoping I would receive one as well... one day. As I remember, ArtTower was one of the first IUOMA-people to welcome me. Can't believe that was only april. Thank you very much, ArtTower. Very pleased to have your MailArt in my…Continue

This morning I had to do my administration and amongs the blue envelops (tax) and bills I found this wonderful envelop, designed by Guido Vermeulen. It is his interpretation of the Belgium flag. Is it my imagination or do I really see a doggy on the right, cats in front of the red and other creatures studying the flag?
Mail Art with surprises, I love it. Dank je wel,…Continue

Another envelop stuffed with MailArt, from StripyGoose and from Signor Moreno. For the Add 'n Pass project. Thanks to Erni we now know more about the Mysterious Signor Morena. He's not a member of IUOMA, but an enthousiastic Mail Artist in his own right.
StripyGoose sends me a paint-stamp made by Val, another lotto-thing (my second chance to win a fortune) and a…Continue
Orange envelop arrived in Amsterdam. Orange is a banned colour here, at least until next Queens Day. Val sent me the sad story of Darlington FC, including original photograph of a team playing in a nearly empty station. The football ticket is from 2003! There is no Darlington team nor stadion anymore. How can you part with this historical ticket, Val. I will keep it, of…Continue
Only untill I uploaded the photo did I see AND understand what Sarah was saying on this colourful, funny story-telling-MailArt-Piece (#159/365)! Suitcase stamp? Suitcase stamp... ???? Ahaaaaa, look at the red thingy in the left upper corner, hihi. (Yes, I know my Dutch stamp collection by heart, not.) Beautiful lettering on the backside as well. Thank you,…
Must be the football disaster from last month but I completely forgot to blog this 'verrukkelijk' (= gorgeous) arty slide piece from Val. And it is so wonderful!
Now... Val used to live in the very south part of the Netherlands in a…Continue
