Today has been a good day for receiving good things in the mail.

Todays incoming mail-art

Recieved a lovely surprise from Jennifer Wallace.

She sent me a friendly letter, one of her zines and a mail art exhibition zine. Also included was a beautiful scenic art print of Beaumaris Pier. I definantly need to find a photo frame for this as i want to put it up on the wall in my craft desk corner.

Altered book art journal

A few years ago I got hold of this big square book that was badly damaged. Box set of altered mini- board book

I found these in a box of partially created mail art projects from way back in about 2010-2012.

These particular books were from a boxed set of kids mini board book picture stories that I picked up from a charity shop. I must have been in a chocolate mood at the time as I used different chocolate bar wrappers to cover the books and the box.
