♣ 'There are no Reasons for Emotions or Desires.'  Currently being revised for resubmission.
This paper argues that actions and attitudes admit of different kinds of normative support.  There are reasons for actions but not for attitudes.  Attitudes are instead fitting or unfitting. Based on talks given at SLACRR 2014 and RoME 2015 and Varieties of Normativity 2016.

AH HAH! because attitudes are not 'real' in the sense that they've not been implemented and only 'exist' in the world of the mind and therefore need not obey physical law? Or maybe we should just go to daddy's wallet and extract all the pictures of the dead presidents and send them to strangulensis.org so that a copy of "The Exegesis of Philip K. Dick" may be placed in each library associated with an institution of learning.
