When I was little I once got a postcard from my grandparents on holidays in Spain... it was a flamenco dancer with a dress from real red fabric. Your comment reminded me of that special card :-) Thank you for that!
Making this blue dress was very easy: just fold a piece to your liking and stitch it. I glued the top with the image of the girl together.

Wow I love the way you created this blue dress!  The white stitching lets us see how you did it.  A totally cool collage/combination of image with fabric attachment.   It reminds me of some vintage postcards Ihave that use actual fabric for clothes.
