Oh, but this is a very benign mail box...it's not chasing me...it's just sharing the thoroughfare....I used the image of the sailing bicycle on my dad's memorial...It's from one of his childhood books...50,000 Things a Boy Can Make or something like that....chockful of "scientific" projects....this one seemed the most fanciful...

I'm riding my bike down a tree-lined street. There's about a foot of water on the road. I heard a sort of chugging noise and I look back and there's a mailbox, big as a boat, chugging down the road behind me...
