I really like this detective story. But when do we get to the part where Cherry Blossom says: "Go ahead, punk, make my day."

Cherry Blossom joins her countrymen Alain Robbe-Grillet (The Erasers) and Jean-Luc Goddard (Breathless) in remaking the hard-boiled detective story. Ah well, we shall never see the likes of the New Wave and the Nouveau Roman again - I'll give France the credit on that one.

Thank you DVS! I was inspired by Cheryl's ghostwriter, you know, the one who was searching for something, but we didn't know exactly what it was. This detective here is tracing a plagiarist and has to deal with multiple languages and literary genres.
