Asemic writing? Calligraphic gestalts? Just discovered the Voynich manuscript yesterday and am getting into asemic writing and music more and more. I feel like it's kind of a spetrum a gradation a continuum of nonsense that exists, beginning I think with totally open ended asemic stuff and then working its way traversing through the absurd, the silly, the irrationally logical and so called nonsense or bizarro fiction- all the way to the other pole, with obvious semantic content and languages we know and have definite meaning for us as communicators. What's your take on all this? Either way this strikes a chord, thanks!
