Literally, Arnac-la-Poste, the name of this village in the centre of France can be translated "Scum the post office". The stamp is not French, it dates from 1973 and comes from Ajman emirate state. The address is invented, Arno Bliterray making a pun with "oblitéré" = cancelled stamp. The trick is to find out whether the post office in this village will return this item to me, with the note: "N'habite pas à l'adresse indiquée" ("Does not live at the address indicated").

I forgot to mention that the village of Arnac-la-Poste is a member of the true "Association des communes de France aux noms burlesques et chantants" (Association of French communes with burlesque and lilting names).
