I also bought this tool. The lower is 4mm and the upper is 2mm. I  bought both online from Hong Kong for less than $3 USD. I will be interested to try these tools. Thank you!

I have never seen paper with the stamp perforations in the USA so I bought this tool:

There are two ways:

1.You own a performator (or know someone who has) and punch them

2. You buy pre-performated paper and print on that paper (there are even gummed version of it

any alternative works too (like a sewing machuine that punches holes......)

How do people get the stamp perforation holes made onto the sheet? 9_9 I am very curious!
