How exactly can I get started here without the ability to post photos or to send a message???

I'm only resorting to posting this concern via this page and mode because I have tried all else. I cannot upload photos to add to my page, not even to shar on a blog posting (when I click add photos I get sent to a blank page of algorithm texts saying I exceeded quantity or something?) and when I tried email Ruud Jansen to ask about this (and another mail artist in my inbox, I really reached out best i could but i am blocked...) when I click "send" nothing at all happens. So I can't send messages at all or post any photo except the one I have as my profile pic. Also this: when I go to blog and check out others' blog it only gives me the option to post new incoming mail. But how can I post incoming mail when I can't secure any correspondents because my page says and shows nothing about what I'm all anout or even that I make art at all! It's a little sad to see that dangling empty blog box there, I did reach out to several other artists on the site, commented successfully, asked how it works that we might some day correspond. I also inquired on joining 2 clubs, a poetry circle and a surrealist group...I wanna be a part of this sooooo goshdarn badddd!!!! HELP!
