Some mail artists add a stamp print to their mail art, saying 'Hannah Hoch Fan Club'.
Until I received these stamp prints I never had heard of this artist, who was born 1st of November 1889. She has been a collage / photomontage pioneer. She was part of the Dada movement and also became involved in the De Stijl art movement.
For anyone who has a Hannah Höch Fan Club Stamp (and interested others, I haven't one), this group can be the place to share your thoughts and mail art, tributing to and/or inspired by Hannah Höch.

As Cascadia Artpost already suggested, there are great books which show the work, and sometimes personal photos, of Hannah Höch.I thought to start this blog post so that all of you/us can share the…Continue

That's a good idea Heleen. I might steal it and make it my own!
A second attempt at getting mail to you is being made shortly so watch out . . .
Just a note to let you know that Visual Mom's and Carmen's mail landed safely into my Dutch postbus (p.o.box). Thank you so much! I'll wait to open the envelopes until HH's B-day :-) (of course it is up to everyone to open their mail on whatever day you like, speaking for myself I like to keep the surprise)
Hi gang.
This is nothing to do with Hannah but Visual Mom has put in a lot of work rustling up participants and it occurred to me that some of you might not know who she is so I am posting here a link to one of my favourite bits of fluxus joviality. Well worth a look (and listen) . . .
My first 12 went out yesterday, plus one for Reed Altemus, just in case his H.H. stamp offer is still active. It's a very nice stamp!
Here's the list so far. I haven't given the addresses in case anyone dosen't want the world or his wife to know, but I have most of them, I think. Sixteen altogether and maybe more to come. It is a nice size now and I am thinking of trying for a local exhibition here. You don't know till you try.

Bloody marvellous Mehrl, you certainly have the knack of drumming up support. It is much appreciated.
As long as there is an address on anything that arrives it will get a reply from me. Unannounced surprises always welcome. I shall get a few extras done ready just in case.
I add all the names and addresses to my list as they turn up (alphabetical within their countries no less) so if/when anyone needs a list just ask . . .
I must just quickly add - it's Hazel at A.1.Scrap Metal who is participating in the Birthday Box and not me - so no need to send two things to our address! Cheers! Rather concerned that Cascadia added my name to the list. I'm happy to take Hazel's mail to the post office but that's as far as my participation extends. Except on IOUMA of course!
Thank you Katerina, for sending me back to the glue pot . . .
Welcome to the madness . . .
Hello charlotte, the spam box is the best place for me. I talk too much . . .
hello birthday crowd! today I noticed that I get only the half of the comments of the H. Höchs fan club and Mary Anns comments went completely at most times in the spam basket. So I will try to make presents for more boxes for the new ones on board...
