It must be like paradise to live in a city like Hamburg and see all that art material everywhere. It is enviable. :--)

Thanks for all the carving/cutting/stamp advice, info, ideas everyone. Much appreciated. I went out for supplies and will fool around with them tonight. They are delicious.

That's it Erni thank you! I love the term Thrashpo and the Hamburg Graffitti is truly inspired.

You can make stamps really from scrap or trash, use styrofoam, the boxes of burgers or meat and vegetables packages in supermarkets, draw in them with a pen, is easy, ink and stamp or print, works even with watercolors, just experiment a bit..

How do you make those things out of an eraser? What implements work for that? If everyone else already knows, someone could just message me so we don't have extra verbal waste on the trashpo group forum, ha, thank you.

A trashpo stamp IS a great idea-was jealous of Kat's stamp on the trashbook she sent me

Yes, yes, I love trashpo!  I will be a late joining in though.  Please!  Do not send me any trashpo, until I get caught up with my mail.  Of course if some of you are on my IOU list, you may receive some trashpo.

Theresa....great idea!  Trashpo stamp.  Love it.

Okay, I am at this moment having that Keats quote/poem tattooed on my arm!

Glad to see so many with a passion for trashin

Erni, it was those sculptures of people made out of junk-hundreds of them in the town square that you said was installed in many different locals.

I love that bulletin board you're lucky they allow so much artistic expression in the streets. Here they barely let you put up fliers. They either take stuff down or paint over it. Very bland. In the city is is prohibited to even put up fliers.

You adventurer you, Thom ~ welcome to trashpo world ~ you will have a great time. I couldn't have been more surprised when you showed up but, due to the adventurer in you, that was ignorant of me. Glad you're here!
