fortunately he didn't know there was a safety on it.

 

but i regret to announce, i already dove in yesterday, well ahead of this.

and in my speedo no less. (there are little flowers in the background to fulfill the flower requirement)

i have about 20 colourful speedos like this, if anyone is up for a series of these.

but if my beauty hurts your eyes, i can stop at one. ;-D

the only thing i will discourage is anything heavy or bulky, because i don't want to spend a fortune remailing everything to val. if it's big, then mail it straight to him and send me a picture of it to post on the blog.

if it represents you in some way, shape or form, however abstract, it's the right thing. digital arts are fine too - i can always print a copy for val (who likes tangible art bestest)

well, since val thinks blogs are too hi-tech after all, i'm willing to be the hub for any mail art / digital art submissions for this project. i'll get one up and running when i have time, and if there are submissions, you can in the meanwhile send them to me here:

i'll document and post them on the blog once i get it set up, then when we have a decent amount of mail to send off to sigean for val, i'll send them in batches to save everyone postage.

but i think sticking to self-portraits in some form or another seems like a good idea.

be as abstract or realistic as you like!!!

val doesn't blog...he only adds comments...and throws out ideas from time to time...and keeps an eye out for SMARTSIS & SMARTBROS opportunities...then he goes back to his heritage ...and that's why he's a hermit

I don't know what Val's plans are for mail call or whatever, but I'll try to encourage him to start a blog. It might be too hi-tech for him. ;-D
