Actually, Italian, sorry. 

I have 7 different pads of that ink, every stamp I've done that wasn't black is from one of those pads. It also works GREAT for glossy paper if you take a paper towel & then smudge the photo (or paper).

This guillotine is in the Top 5 tools in my studio. Used for every single mail art piece, it's probably #1.
