I am very puzzled if you haven't got a PC or a Mac as I gather, what do you use to create such fantastic art? On another clarification, I said I got a camera and my tablet to talk to each other, which is fine, but not really necesary because the tablet takes good photos too.

I use PicsArt an app which came free with the tablet but can be downloaded for free. I am very pleased with it. I just connected the tablet to a Nikon camera and, durprise, it worked so I can pass photos. I think you can do all this with a mac too.

By the way I also mix platforms and programs, computer running Windows with Photoshop, Corel Painter and a desktop program. Recently also a Samsung tablet which has a super program of its own and several apps which are great fun.

I like this, we electronic artists should stand up and be counted, thereis a lot of prejudice around. Not that I will stop making traditional art of all kinds, in fact I mix all media. The sky is the limit as far as artmaking is concerned.

Frank, I looked at quite a few of your pages and enjoyed them very much. Moan Lisa, you already know I'm a fan. I confess that I am not a photographer, and know only a little of the type of photo manipulation used to create this kind of art. The computer art I used to do was graphic design-graphic art-desktop publishing stuff. So, all I know for certain is the impression the final image gives me. Sometimes the complexity is apparent, but sometimes not, and in the latter case, the computer-generated art may best be evaluated by another computer artist. But I can appreciate until the cows come home.  --Linda

My DA

Here's a link to my art. I do mostly photomanipulation. I prefer Photoshop, but I also use GIMP on occasion.

I look forward to viewing all kinds of computer-generated mail art.  --Linda
