Even though it makes sense that we can look on each others profiles, you may want to add your address here and any blogs or other accounts you want highlighted. This way it's in a closed environment and we all get to share.

What's your default? 7 Replies

Because my friend Matt asked me this the other night, I had to think about it. His is painting a blue sky and some clouds, then he waits to see if anything more comes. His skull for Skull Appreciation Day was just the blue sky & clouds cause…Continue

Who will you send  your first piece of mail to? I've been thinking about this a lot. Will it be someone in this group? Will it be one of the many mail artists I've exchanged MA with over the years? Will it be one of my letter writing friends, or my…Continue

Significant dates for the diary (some might say...) 41 Replies

McFloozy mentioned Quack Day in February and I had a message from Valentine Mark Hermann telling me of an anniversary in February. I figured that it would be best to put all the dates in one discussion, so anyone could contribute and we could all…Continue

Yes do that! I'm sure he can give me some pointers! Talk about running into this head-first without a clue!

I've never done a 365 before but I'm pretty sure that the only rules are the ones you set yourself right? Surely holidays are permissible. I think that the idea is you average 1 a day for a year

My heart almost fainted. I might not be able to post while on vacation in January as I decided that I wouldn't take my computer with me to New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, for 4 days. However, I think that I can make a card a day, post daily except when away on short trips. I need to take that exception, which I KNOW you'll allow. Noah never twists arms, he just encourages people to jump in with their whole self.

Is 1st December start ok for everyone?

I promise it wasn't Noah that twisted my arm into starting this 365! I will however be adding this to his list of collaborators.

www.Mailart365.com is now live and I will need to add everyone from this group/anyone who makes mailart 365 as writers there, so please message me with an email address to send you writing rights!

Yup definitely Snooky! If you make it every day, and post an average of 1 a day online, then you're in!

Me, too, I'm in. Andy, yes, clarity about your concept; and a question? How did you READ MY MIND!! Since my son wrote the book: see Amazon US - Noah Scalin, I was thinking it was my obligation to start a 365 project, and what else could it be but Mail Art?
