I'm running a mailart show with Westminster Libraries in London, for a display in Pimlico library from March 25, 2011, so the deadline for this call is March 11th. The works will be on the walls for 2 weeks or so.

What we want is postcard sized (up to A5 should be fine - feel free to interpret this as you wish) stories from mailartists, comics creators and anyone else who can tell a story. The works will go up on the walls of the library as a backdrop to talks by comics creators and artists, and I may even do a talk about mailart.

Ultimately, the idea is to produce a book of all the stories which will go on the shelves of Pimlico library, so your stories will be immortalised, but this isn't yet confirmed.

We'd love to get as many Little Big stories as possible, so if you intend to send us one, or want to swap some ideas, drop in and lets talk!

I forgot to say I will be delighted to help with your workshop but I need to know when is it  before I can commit myself for sure. Sorry but I am usually swamped with things to do.

I am glad you liked ‘The Outrage’, Andy, thanks.

I have visited the Library, virtually, and noticed it mentions a Café or Cafeteria in the building. That is another possibility for the meeting. As to pubs the nearest I have found is the Cask and Kitchen (formerly the Pimlico Tram) 6 Charlwood Street. It has good reviews and is nearby, but there are lots of pubs in the area.

This is only a suggestion, it is your project and you have to decide but I would like to mention again that we need a firm date for the meeting if you decide to go ahead with it. This is very important, I want to make sure I keep that day free. It doesn’t have to be the first day of the show so give us a date for when you are back from your honeymoon. Perhaps a Saturday lunch time?

Should you put the artwork up before or after? Again, your decision! but for what it is worth I always put it afterwards.

Finally, I thought that going around with a Shopping Trolley Gallery was weird enough but a Wall? Interesting…

What do you reckon? Should I put the pieces received up publicly on the net before the show or not...?

Martha - "The Outrage" is an awesome piece. So appropriate!

"A story in 10 panels." Final answer! ha ha ha We'll go with that.

Me and Elena are looking at collecting the Little Big Stories and making them into a book. It could be good practice for the mailart365 book methinks, and any proceeds for any sales (hmmmmm) could go to buying the library new books.

I actually rather like "A story in 10 panels" now you mention it Mim...

I did? I forgot that bit, so thanks for telling me and yes, that's a good title, if I do say so myself.

Hmm that's a point Mim -  you wroteon the back "Telling a story" in quotes, so I used that so far on the site

I guess I should come up with a title for my story in 10 panels, right? Or just call it "A story in 10 panels" and let people create their own story. I know what Dewi's story is, as he hinted at it a bit ago.
