I just sent them out but the postoffice said Australia is strict about content and design on envelope because they consider us sending there vegetation in mail. They suggested me to re-packed and put in the regular envelope. (it was regular envelope but I wrapped up with ad paper) so I sent as more simple with some stamps. 

But after I told to the sender in OZ, she said it is not true and she send or get any kind of envelopes. 

I would like to know if any countries have strict rules of contents or the design of the envelops? (disregards of weapons and drugs that we already know in common.... )
