That is a dilemma...why would an exhibit "HOMAGE A RAYJOHNSONBUNNY" sell the art? They did state that
of those works that sell, the artist will be given buyer's identity, etc.
True or not?

I got the sense from the announcement in the IUOMA newsletter that they were selling the art?

It was once said, back in those first Chicago days, that Hugh got the idea for his Playboy bunny from the silhouette of someone's hand signaling "PEACE". Now I re-interpret it for a Ray Johnson Bunny :-)
Questions for the group:
Anyone here participating in the NYC mail art call? Is there an IUOMA *"curator corner"? This is the annoucement that came today:
MICRO WHITNEY COUNTERWEIGHT
100 ARTISTS IN MAIL ART SHOW
HOMAGE A RAYJOHNSONBUNNY
opening March 12, 7-11pm (and 13th 1-6pm)
at H215 Gallery, 55 Bethune St, NY,NY 10014
rsvp BarnabyRuhe@ gmail.com 917 721 2541
and mail your 4x6 inch postcard original art
to Barnaby Ruhe at H215
...put your return address on the back of the artcard and contact info.
you may run a * "curator's corner" with your name and your group of ten artists you bring into the show. Tell Ruhe so we can cite your group.

(this child is now an adult) ... his mom sewed her slippers on his head in a last minute costume emergency....
