I'll keep an eye open.

In meantime I remembered this book about messages in bottles:

The Uncorker of Ocean Bottles by Michelle Cuevas, illustration by Erin E. Stead

Are you collecting things on that Subject matter? I have a postcard I can send you

I can`t say I have a collection, but yes, I would like to have a collection :-)

The Postman (a novel by Glen David Brin & Kevin Michael Costner film).

Thank you a lot!

I will look for it right now!

I saw the film The Postman :-)

I liked it a lot!!

When I was a child, there was a Russian cartoon that all children watched on TV; one of the main characters was a postman called Pechkin.

Thank you!

I like very much a lot of Russian cartoons (like Yuri Norstein, but others also), but I still didn” see this cartoon.

I can”t wait to see it.

Glad to hear from you! Pechkin appears in a long line of cartoons about the inhabitants of the village of Prostokvashino. The very first is a 1975 cartoon entitled "ДЯДЯ ФЕДОР, ПЕС И КОТ". In Russian you can look it up:

You can read about Postman Pechkin and the cartoons in which he appears in Russian here:
