 the power of media and the power of imagination to construct unseen la
 ndscapes in our minds. We all have imprints of other lands, lent to us
  by books, movies, news and daydreams. They are places ethereally 'ext
 ant' in our minds, despite the fact that our eyes have never seen the 
 land's contours.\nViewers from each respective country will be provide
 d with a glimpse of how their homeland is perceived by others, urging 
 them to see their surroundings through a fresh lens. We will be inspir
 ed to consider the differences between the whisper-images we hold in o
 ur heads, and the actuality of an tangible, yet ever-changing, place.\
 nWe will see how, when the artist commits their impressions of a place
  to a tangible artwork, they in fact construct in reality a place that
  is otherwise held only in the mind.\nFinally, we can observe the rela
 tionship between the suppositions we nurture and the truths which evol
 ve in reality....a 'place' to wonder how our gathered perceptions affe
