DESCRIPTION:The 'Kunstverein Eislingen' in Germany is initiating an in
 ternational mailart campaign and exhibition.\nThe concept is after the
  terms of\nwww.tate.org.uk/art/art-terms/m/mail-art\nThis serves your 
 inspiration and transfer your own artistic work, where the following p
 oints must be observed.\n\n- Size of the work > maximum 21 x 30 cm\n- 
 One work per participant\n- The techniques are free: graphics, paintin
 g photography, watercolor, collage, mixed media ...\n- The theme is 'c
 ircling', in german 'kreiseln'\n- You are welcome to sign the work, gi
 ve it a title, stamp it\n- Back of the artwork: please make sure to in
 clude a readable name + valid address + email address if available\n- 
 The artwork must be able to sent by post in an envelope or as a postca
 rd ('flat goods').\n- As usual with mailart calls, you will not receiv
 e the work back, you will be part of the overall project.\n- We make a
  documentation of the artworks in form of a catalog and send a copy to
