DESCRIPTION:MAIL ART CALL - A DOODLE FOR HAITI\n\nArtists from around 
 the world are invited to submit a postcard-sized piece of original art
 work to us. There will be no jury, no fees and no return of artwork â€
 “\n\nAll the postcards will be published on the blog: www.accademiadel
 loscarabocchio.blogspot.com\n\nAll received postcards will be viewed d
 uring some exhibition starting from the 22th of May 2010. All postcard
 s will be auctioned off in a silent auction. All the proceeds will be 
 donated to Haiti via Unicef. t\n\nThe theme is DOODLING - Let Your Ima
 gination Run Wild.\n\nPostcards must be received before May 15, 2010 t
 o be include in the first show and first auction that will take place 
 during the Doodle Day organized by the Cultural Association Genius Loc
 i in Matera (Italy)\n\nPostcards received after that date will be incl
 uded in shows and auctions in different galleries. (Matera, Bari…) f
 rom May 2010 to June 2010\n\nPostcards submitted must be an original d
 rawing, painting, collage, mixed media piece, poetry, or short story c
 reated by you and must fit on a standard postcard dimensions. (max cm 
 13x18)\n\nPlease no nudity, overly religious artwork, racist, or porno
 graphic art. The shows will be viewed by the general public which will

 n one!)\n\nIl Primo Circolo Didattico “Padre Giovanni Minozzi”, in
  collaborazione con l’Associazione “Genius Loci”, invita tutti g
 li artisti ad inviare un lavoro con le misure della cartolina.\nNon vi
  sarà giuria, nessuna tassa per la partecipazione, né restituzione.\
 nIl tema del progetto è “A doodle for Haiti” –\nTutte le cartol
 ine pervenute saranno pubblicate sul blog www.accademiadelloscarabocch
 io.blogspot.com;\ninoltre saranno allestite mostre itineranti a partir
 e dal 22 Maggio 2010\nPrima mostra presso il Primo Circolo Didattico M
 inozzi di Matera in concomitanza con la Giornata dello Scarabocchio. L
 e mostre che seguiranno saranno organizzate in gallerie di arte con ca
 lendario che sarĂ  reso noto in seguito.\nDurante le mostre le cartoli
 ne saranno messe all’asta, tramite asta silenziosa ed il ricavato sa
 rà donato all’Unicef per Haiti.\nLe cartoline dovranno pervenire en
 tro il 15 Maggio 2010 per poter partecipare alla prima asta benefica.\
 nSarĂ  possibile inviare anche successivamente altre cartoline che pot
 ranno partecipare alle successive aste. Le cartoline saranno aggiudica
 te al miglior offerente e consegnate durante la prima settimana di Giu
 gno 2010, a chiusura dell’evento.\nIl supporto e la tecnica sono lib
 eri.\nMisure: max 13Ă—18\nNon si accetteranno lavori con nuditĂ , o in
 neggianti alla violenza ed al razzismo.\nLa mostra sarĂ  frequentata d
