DESCRIPTION:INTERNATIONAL MAIL ART CALL AND EXHIBITION Federal Univers
 ity of Paraná – Brazil - UFPR\n This call is a university extension
  activity proposed by students who are enrolled in the English Course 
 at UFPR and attend the discipline “Literature and Transdisciplinarit
 y”.\n As they were discussing the challenges of being teachers nowad
 ays, they concluded that despite having different – and sometimes op
 posite - opinions on any subject, people  need to communicate and to I
 nteract in a respectful and sensible way. So, the theme for  this mail
  art call is DIALOGUE. Feel free to create your mail art based on the 
 theme DIALOGUE. It’s possible to explore  the theme from its Greek o
 riginal meaning, (which is “through words”) but feel free to  also
  move to other meanings such as: talk, learning, teaching, transcenden
 ce,  communication, irony, truth, agreement, exchange, wisdom, meeting
 , healing,  confession, tolerance, comprehension, etc.\n TECHNIQUE, MA
 TERIALS AND FORMAT: free. The artworks will be showed hanged on a  lin
 e, take this into consideration when defining shape.  SIZE: from stand
 ard postal card 10x15 cm (4 x 6 inches) up to DIN A4 21X29.7 cm (8.27 
  x 11.69 inches) will be accepted. IDENTIFICATION: full name, complete
  post office address and e-mail must appear on  the back of the artwor
 k. CERTIFICATION: printed certificates of participation issued by UFPR
  will be sent by post  office mail to all participants.  DEADLINE: Mar
 ch 4, 2023. PHYSICAL EXHIBITION: exhibitions will be held in March and
