This is what my father drove circa 1962; it is a orros Oxford Estate (I did not get a driving licence until 1980°.

And now, back to Boring Postcards.

Truthfully, Val, that is not "my RED car", but I knew at first glance it was a 1962 Plymouth Belvedere , as in 1962 that was my family's first purchased automobile...

it wasn't red, and I, being a young art student,

thought it was an "ugly" design! :-0

Katerina, I am really, really impressed by your knowsledge of early 1960's American cars!

What's it doing in the Phillipines? I don't know -- perhaps you sold it to a Phillipino.

From Flint, Michigan, to....the Makati Shopping Center in the Philippines.

Is this a postcard about the Shopping Center or the red car*?

(* you win an extra two Boring Postcard Gift Points if you can identify the year and the make of the car)

The "military monument"  is a monument to the founders of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico.  The Motel 6 card is of a motel in St. Louis, Missouri, usa
